Maintenance Control Program (MCP)

Our Maintenance Control Program (MCP) was developed by one of our owners, an Elevator Mechanic with decades of experience maintaining, repairing, modernizing, and installing elevator equipment. Washington State requires periodic maintenance of conveyances. The MCPs we have developed meet the strict requirements of ANSI and State and Local codes. Inland Elevator provided guidance to other independent companies across the State of Washington to assist in meeting the requirements of L&I, Elevator Section.

Contracts

Inland Elevator provides shorter term contracts, typically 3 year, without auto renewal. Our contracts are flexible and don’t lock you in for a longer term, give you a very narrow window to cancel or automatically renew. We believe that contracts should benefit both parties. We will earn your business over and over again!! Our contracts also include all annual testing regardless of conveyance.
